| Roll dice and children perform a stretch based on number. E.g.: 1. Head to right shoulder then head to left shoulder 2. Shoulder shrugs/rolls 3. Reach for toes, reach left arm to right foot, right arm to left foot, bend over and hold elbows. 4. Arms up and wriggle fingers, wiggle toes 5. Rotate both wrists in each direction 6. Push both arms behind and link hands to stretch backwards. |
