| Give children 4 different coloured cones (e.g. Blue, Green, Red, Yellow) that they keep at their desk. Get them to stand behind their desk with two cones on the desk in front
of them and two cones on the floor behind them. The teacher then starts the game by calling out individual colours and children have to pick up and hold up the correct cone. Extend the game by calling out sequences of colours, which the children then have to hold up in order (e.g. red, red, blue, green).
