| Children stand in two concentric circles facing each other and the teacher poses a question for children standing opposite each other to discuss. The teacher then rotates the inner or outer circle and children discuss their answer. For example, in Maths children could share knowledge about properties of shapes and when they come up with another property they are rotated. Alternatively in English, children can share adjectives to describe a character or setting. |
Better in a large space but could be done in a classroom if desks moved. |
